Price reduction for 2011
This year, we have taken the decision to reduce the delegate fees for the 2011 conference and to start the event slightly later which may allow delegates to reduce the number of nights accommodation required (all rates are exclusive of VAT at the current prevailing rate).
Full conference: £450
The full delegate fee includes entry into all sessions, the exhibition, three lunches, tea and coffee, and two all delegate drinks receptions.
This year there will not be a full conference social event on Thursday evening, allowing delegates to take opportunities for private dinners, in and around London.
This year’s Exhibition visitor rate cost is £95 plus VAT (per day). This cost is for exhibition access and catering only. Please note this rate does not include overnight accommodation expenses, or entrance to plenary and workshop sessions.

The delegate fee does not include bedroom accommodation costs.
Bookings will be invoiced after April 2011 or on receipt of payment if received prior to April 2011.
Delegate bookings will not be accepted without a valid purchase order number. Payment must be received within 30 days of invoice.
It will not be possible to return fees if notification of cancellation is received after 21 September 2011.
Please notify us of any special dietary requirements, BSL interpreter, religious or mobility arrangements you require by 9 September 2011.
Hotel rooms in various price categories in London have been reserved for the National children and adult service conference taking place at ICC London ExCeL 19-21 October 2011.
All rates are per room per night, including breakfast and taxes in Pound Sterling (GBP). Rooms are subject to availability.
